1. Services
- 360 Luxe Events offers 360 photo booth rental services for events including but not limited to weddings, parties, corporate functions, and private events. Services include setup, disassembling, and on-site operation of the 360 photo booth, as well as access to digital content.
2. Booking and Payment
- A deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event. If the remaining balance is not paid at least 14 days before the event we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
- If you are booking within 30 days of your event, the full booking price is due upon booking.
- A booking is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation email and paid the deposit or full booking price.
- By making a booking and paying either the deposit or full booking price, it is deemed you have read, understood and fully agreed to all of our booking terms and conditions.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made in writing via email to bookings@360luxeevents.com.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will lose the deposit.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.
4. Event Requirements
- a space of at least 3 meters x 3 meters (approximately 10 feet x 10 feet) is available to us for provision of the services;
- access to a power outlet within 10–15 feet (3–5 meters) of the 360 photo booth;
- the space provided is flat, stable, and non-slippery; and
- you notify us in advance (at least 48 hours prior to the event) of any venue restrictions including but not limited to parking, stairs, narrow doorways, elevators, or loading limitations.
- Failure to do so may result in service cancellation without a refund.
- If access is inconvenient or unsuitable (e.g., multiple flights of stairs without elevator access, long distances from unloading area to allocated event space), additional setup time or charges may apply. We reserve the right to refuse setup if the location is deemed unsafe or inaccessible, and no refunds will be provided in such cases.
5. Liability
- We cannot be held responsible for any injuries suffered by any persons during the use of the 360 photo booth in circumstances where they have acted negligently and/or failed to act in accordance with our instructions, and signage which is displayed in close proximity to the 360 photo booth.
- In rare circumstances where there are technical difficulties (e.g. equipment malfunctioning, Wi-Fi disruptions, software glitches etc) which are outside of our control, during setup of the 360 photo booth or during the event itself, in booking our services you acknowledge and accept this at their own risk. We will try our very best to resolve any technical issues in a timely manner however we cannot guarantee this will be possible (including the recovery of any lost content).
- We cannot be held responsible for any circumstances that may prevent us from attending your event; these may include but are not limited to severe weather, traffic delays, breakdown of our vehicles, sickness or equipment failure. If we cannot fulfil your booking due to events outside of our control we will contact you as soon as possible and our liability will be limited to providing a full refund.
- You will be responsible for any damage to our equipment including the 360 photo booth as a result of misuse of the equipment by you and/or your guests.
- You agree to compensate us for any damage to, or theft of, our equipment by you and/or your guests. This includes compensation for future loss of business arising out of the equipment being unavailable for future clients until repairs are completed and/or new equipment is sourced.
6. Customer and Guest Conduct
- We reserve the right to refuse access to, or shut down the operation of, the 360 photo booth if the safety of our staff is compromised or inappropriate behaviour occurs.
7. Use of Photos & Videos
- By using our services, you grant us the right to use photos and videos captured for promotional purposes (e.g., website, social media, advertising) in accordance with UK GDPR.
- If you prefer we do not use your content, please inform us in writing by email to bookings@360luxeevents.com at least 24 hours prior to the event.
8. Insurance
- We have public liability insurance up to £5m and all equipment is PAT certified. Please contact us if you need a copy of this documentation for your venue.
